Salary Scale :

Scale of pay of Rs. 51,500 - 1230 - 58930 - 1380 - 63070/- p.m. Pluse other allowances as admissible under the Rules.  

Eligibility and Qualification :

1. Education Qualification And Other Eligibility Criteria :

    a) Must be a citizen of India;
    b) Must be a holder of degree in Law from recognized University;

    c) Must be practice as an Advocate in Court of Criminal and Civil jurisdiction on the last date fixed for receipt         of application and must have so practice   for a period of not less than 7(Seven) years as on such date as               per Annexure-B.

     

2. Age Limit :

      a) Must have attained the age of 35(thirty-Five) years and must not have attained the age of 48(Forty Eight)             years.

3. Relaxation in Age Limit :

       a) In the case of candidates belonging to SC or ST and 45(Fourty Five) years in case of others, as on 1st                         January,2018.
